10 weeks and Full of Smiles

Our Precious Bella has had a busy week full of smiles and even laughter! She laughed for the first time in her sleep and then she laughed at mommy later in the week. What a beautiful sound that was! She is so funny with her expressions and has grown quite attached to her "Night-Night" blankies. She loves to hold onto them, rub her face with them, and chew on them. She helped cheer the OSU Cowboys (Daddy's favorite team) on to victory on Saturday. Bella had her 2 month appointment last week and truly did not enjoy all the shots :(. She weighs 9 lbs. 14 oz now and is 22 1/2 inches tall. Her doctor said she looks "perfect"! Our Bella Joy has truly captured our hearts! Enjoy this week's pictures.

9 weeks of Unbelieveable JOY

I cannot fully put it into words how much we love our precious Bella Joy. She has discovered her voice this week, and the sounds she makes are so cute. She moves her mouth so much and wants to talk so badly. She has also started smiling so much more, and that truly makes our hearts soar! She thinks it is funny when we pretend sneeze :). She absolutely HATES the carseat, and that is really the only time she gets upset. She has the sweetest, calmest spirit, and we believe that God has sent us peace, healing, and hope through this precious child.

2 Months Old

On September 8th, our Baby Girl turned 2 months old. It is hard to believe she is already that old! Part of me wants to cry and stop time, but I truly am enjoying and loving every minute of being her Mommy! I had to include a picture of her BIG SMILE from this morning! She truly has the most joyful spirit-God chose her name well!

8 weeks and Growing more Beautiful by the Day!

Week 8 and God continues to overwhelm us with JOY and Blessing from this Blue-Eyed Beauty! Jaythan started pre-K this week, and Bella and I miss him while he is away three days a week. He continues to be a wonderful helper-a GREAT Big Brother.

Bella has started smiling a lot more frequently, especially when Daddy says "Hey, Boo-Boo" :). Her first words will likely be "Boo-Boo" :). She continues to fill our days with an immense love that is indescribable. She is sleeping longer at nights-often 5-6 hours at a time. She is a great nurser, and I love the bond and intimacy that breastfeeding has given us. She loves for me to hold her in her sling-yet another way that I keep her close to my heart! Thank you God, for this Beautiful Blessing in our lives!
