Bella had another fun week of trying new things and playing with new toys. On Memorial Day we grilled out with my parents and Bella and Jaythan waved their American Flags proudly as they donned their patriotic apparel. Bella continued to have fun playing, flirting with, and being silly with Nay-Nay and Papa. We got a new pool and Bella tried swimming for the first time. She has a little inflatable baby pool, and the first time we put her in it, she hated it (as you can see in the picture). The next day, I got in the big pool with her in her ladybug float, and she loved it. She stayed in it for quite awhile and was laughing at the crazy pool antics of her big brother. Hopefully, she will continue to love being in the water. Unfortunately, she appears to be allergic to something in the rash guard that she was wearing becuase she broke out in red bumps/splotches shortly after the swim :(. So we will be more careful with what sunscreen products that we put on her. Her new favorite toy is her big brother's old bounce and spin zebra. She loves to stand on it, dance, bounce, and laugh. Such a spunky joy and delight our Bella Joy is to us!!!
